I began working with the web and email in 1997. From the beginning I saw the relationship between great design and effective marketing. One of my first sites SalesLinks was an early web and email publishing success story, achieving a subscribership of 9,000. I helped transform CRMGuru from a start up idea into the customer relationship management industry's most recognized web portal, helping to build its membership from 600 to 238,000.

My designs for pages, navigation, and forms for maximum effectiveness, interaction, and search visibility have generated sales of products, services, and advertising in the millions of dollars. I am one of the pioneers of search engine optimization, coregistration partnerships, viral marketing, conversion rate marketing, and other strategies that have now hit the mainstream.
